Sen. Rounds Delivers Floor Speech Urging Support of the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act

U.S. Sen. Mike Rounds spoke on the Senate floor in support of the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, of which he is an original cosponsor. The legislation states that when a child is born alive following an attempted abortion, that baby should receive the same degree of medical care that any other newborn would be given.
