Rounds' Spectrum Auction Authority Extension Blocked on Senate Floor

Senator Mike Rounds (R-S.D.) requests unanimous consent on his legislation which would extend the FCC's spectrum auction authority until September 30, 2023. This proposal was blocked by Senator Peter Welch (D-Vt.).
